About Us

Hi, we’re Shawn & Mandi Cunningham, owners of CC2C Safety & Security! We’re licensed security guards who have been in this field since 2019, working in various industries including gas & oil and construction.

Shawn is a Navy Veteran who was born and raised in Arizona and has lived in several places across the U.S., finally settling in Texas. He studied information technology and was an award-winning sales manager, personal banker, RV resort maintenance manager, OTR truck driver, and successful small-business owner.

Mandi was born in South Carolina, was raised in Arizona, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, and resides in Texas. She spent her corporate career as a senior manager in finance, executive compensation, payroll, benefits, and project management for corporations such as Apogee Medical Management, Xerox BPO/United Technologies Corporation (UTC), and UTC subsidiaries such as Sikorsky, Otis, and Kidde.

We originally created CunninghamsCoast2Coast in 2017 when we left our corporate careers, packed up everything that we hadn’t sold, and became full-time RVers to travel around the U.S. for work. After traveling to multiple states and working in different industries, we tried “gate guarding” and never stopped. As the years passed, CunninghamsCoast2Coast became CC2C, LLC, which then led to the start of our own security company, CC2C Safety & Security.

CC2C prides itself on hiring seasoned, reliable, and sought-after guards with many years of combined experience providing professional, high-quality security services. We maintain the ability to travel around the U.S., so whether we bring our own security trailer or work out of your building, our mobility and flexibility allow our guards to be on site day or night to support your specific needs.
